[Users] Wireless LAN + W2K Clients + same subnet?? help!!

Hi list,

I'm trying to achieve something here with ipsec and its hurting my head. I'll
lay out the diagram as best as I can here, and i'll also point you to a jpg
incase that helps. I cant wrap my head around how to accomplish this!

Linux Web Servers (10.1.0.0/24)
  |
  |
Linux Gateway (10.1.0.1 & 192.168.1.100)
  |
  | (this is our server rack)
  |
Wireless Link (no router involved)
  |
  | (this is our office)
  |
Linux Gateway (192.168.1.1)
  |
W2K Clients (192.168.1.50-80)

So what we have here, is the Linux Gateway in our server rack is obtaining an
IP on our office lan via a wireless link. All's good. The problem is, I want to
encrypt this link, and at the same time create a VPN using IPsec. The reason
behind the VPN is that i also have servers in other sites, as well as the
occasional road warrior needing to get to their things.

What I'd like to achieve is to be able to connect to the 10.1.0.0/24 network
from the W2K clients, over ipsec, over wireless. And have road warriors/my
other servers in other sites attach to this 10.1.0.0/24 network as well. Every
example I've looked at with ipsec so far doesnt show how I could do this. Its
always two different subnets attaching to each other. I basically need to run
ipsec point-to-point over the same subnet (the wireless link being the point to
point)

Can anyone give me some insight on this please?!!

HELP! :) Thanks in advance
