My VPN connection from a Win2k road warrior with ipsec.exe to FreeSWAN +
X509 Patch work fine as long as I'm logged in as "administrator" on my
Win2k system. But whenever I try to start ipsec.exe as a normal "Domain
user" who is not in the "Administrators" group I get this error message:
"Error converting policy: 0xcbad000d"
As my road warrior users are strictly not allowed to be in the
"Administrators" group the internal Win2k IPSEC client now seems useless
to me. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? Perhaps I only need
to add a special right to these users in the MMC console!?
