One of our remote offices has changed ISP. The new ISP blocks ICMP.
I don't understand why?
They have now opened ICMP for our hosts. I can now ping the IPSEC
host on the new ISPs network but I still can't traceroute
throuh their network.
The VPN tunnel gets established OK but is dropping huge numbers of
packets. It will drop packets for periods of about 2 minutes! A
ping outside of the tunnel shows no loss at the same time.
Any thoughts on what I can do to workaround this problem or should
we be taking it up with the ISP?
