[Users] help:"lack KLIPs"

Hi,
I am trying to installed freeswan on Redhat 7.2, kernel 2.4.7-10 and I am
having problems.

I used the RPM installation.

Basically:
make xrpm

After this I got 3 files:
freeswan_xxx.rpm
freeswan-kernel_XX.rpm
freeswan-userkernel_xx.rpm

which I installed using "rpm -i"

When I rebooted the computer ipsec was not brought up automatically, so I
tried to bring it up using
"ipsec setup start"

When I did that I got:
"ipsec_setup modprobe can't locate module ipsec
ipsec_setup Kernel appears to lack KLIPS"

Did I miss something?
I greatly appreciate your help.

Thanks
George
