Ok. Remember, you have to sign the W2k AND the freeswan certificate by this
root ca.

What's this ? Did you put the freeswan certificate in folder
"Zwischenzertifizierungsstellen" ?
Why ? You don't have to put the freeswan cert in any folder on the W2k
side. W2k gets the
freeswan cert during establishment of the SAs.
