Hello,

If you have XP professional, then you don't need any toolkits. I think
this toolkit your talking about is the software to upgrade to 3DES
encryption. XP comes with 3DES encryption by default. Freeswan of course
doesn't support DES. I use XP with freeswan without any modifications to
my XP box, except for the obvious configurations that need to be setup.
