When using whack to dynamically define a new connection, can I specify
parameters such as cipher/integrity/compression algorithms and SA expiry
time, or must I change ipsec.conf to do this?
In the latter case, how can I tell pluto to reload ipsec.conf to learn
about the new connection, without having to shut down IPsec (which would
terminate active connections)?
