I have:
downloaded a new kernel source (2.4.7)
patched freeswan for x509.3 and aes & run
make ogo
Then in /usr/src/linux
make config
make dep
make clean
make bzImage
make install
make modules
make modules_install
I was getting all the ipsec options when running config.
Rebooted with the new kernel ang I get the ipsec service giving the
following:
Apr 26 xx:30:51 myhost ipsec__plutorun: pluto unexpectedly said
`/usr/local/lib/ipsec/_plutorun: /usr/local/lib/ipsec/pluto: No such
file or directory'
Apr 26 xx:30:51 myhost ipsec__plutorun: pluto unexpectedly said `exit'
Apr 26 xx:30:51 myhost ipsec__plutorun: pluto unexpectedly said `127'
Apr 26 xx:30:51 myhost ipsec__plutorun: pluto died unexpectedly!?!
Apr 26 xx:30:51 myhost ipsec__plutorun: internal failure in pluto
scripts, impossible to carry on
What have I missed? It has taken me a day and a half to get this far!
