It'd be very convenient to have command line options to the ipsec.exe
utility to specify an alternate configuration file and the location of the
ipsecpol.exe/ipseccmd.exe files. Just make life easier for general idiot
users.. :) If I knew C, I'd write it, but I don't, so all I can do is
make a suggestion. :(
