I just created the kernel packages and a patched pppd for RedHat 7.3. The packages are based on the original Red Hat Kernel and are patched with
FreeS/Wan 1.97
x509 0.9.11
MPPE Patches
They provide you with everything you need to set up a VPN either based on PPTP/MPPE or IPsec.
