That's the idea, but these rpm's were based on "old" version of the kernel
and freeswan. I'm not so much as looking for a finished solution,
pre-built rpms, but rather "source" rpms or tarballs to compile current
iterations of kernel/freeswan and deploy that to firewalls and vpn
gateways. The number of vpn gateways I'll manage will be steadily
increasing over the months to come.
With reference to your earlier email, no one has responded yet to my
posting on the PLUG list. But I remain optimistic. Though on the
redhat-list, a gent by the name of Ralf has gratiously made available
source rpms for redhat kernels with freeswan/509_patch/openssl. I need to
get busy and explore the spec file he created for that rpm. I just saw
his post to this list moments ago. Again, thanks Carla, and Ralf too.
