About a month ago I described how to set up a connection between
FreeS/WAN and a Symantec Model 200R using preshared secrets and a client
or key ID (Symantec misleadingly calls it a Distinguished Name):

For key ID support you'll need to apply the X.509 patch. I hope this
description helps you in connecting to your Raptor Mobile VPN client.
