Using the snap-ins of the mmc is a real pain ...
Average setup-time for a newbie having a step-for-step description with
screen shots at his/her disposal is about 3-4 hours. Without a HOWTO you
are completely lost. :-(

Average setup-time for a newbie is then about 1 hour to get a running
configuration from scratch. For a crack about 10 minutes. :-)
