i.e. a subnet 10.1.2.0/24 behind 200.192.47.4

but you define in ipsec.conf:

conn roadwarrior-net
        leftsubnet=10.1.2.0/32
        right=%any

So just change the entry to

        leftsubnet=10.1.2.0/24

and off you go!
