There is a mismatch in your left- and righsubnet configuration
in Bintec or Freeswan.

freeswan side:
rightsubnet=192.168.1.0/24 # afaik from previous mails
leftsubnet= # leave empty

bintec side:
you have to define a localnet (192.168.1.0/24) and
a remote address 0.0.0.0/0 (I'm not quiet sure with the remote address).

If you send me a full barf from the freeswan side and the tunnel configuration
from the bintec side i may help.

Bye
Markus
