Why not just stop using the DHCP server on the Linksys? If you have enough hosts on your home network that you really need DHCP, you could set it up on a machine that you leave on all the time. Even if you only have Windows, there are still free DHCP servers available for it.

Can you set the range that the Linksys's DHCP server will give out? That's actually what I do at home (have a DHCP server give out a certain range, for visiting laptops, and have most of the machines set up with static IPs).
