| ipsec.secrets(5) refers to the old function ipsec_atodata(3) (no longer
| documented). Should refer to the new ipsec_ttodata(3).

| Also added a comment explaining that keys on ttodata() format is not enclosed
| in quotes. To me this was not entirely obvious without looking into the code.
