Good idea. Adopted.
I vaguely wonder about oddball libraries wanting/needing some private
file descriptors saved. So I added some comments about this worry.
| In my opinion the --nofork option should not cause pluto to log stuff to
| stderr etc. If one wants this one should combine --nofork and --stderrlog

| Attached you can find a patch that moves code dealing with this down below
| the --nofork processing, allowing the same logics to apply in both modes of
