If by "simmetric password" you mean a pre-shared key used for PSK
authentication then you'd put it in /etc/ipsec.secrets before trying
to initiate a connection.

If by "simmetric password" you mean the shared secret that is
negotiated using pluto for a 3DES connection then the answer is that
it only exists inside pluto/kernel, it is not saved to any file.
