I think it' my problem... ;-)
Can you be more specific on this point (perhaps with some logs).
The state (and so the connection) will be deleted on reception of
the delete payload (except when we are the initiator of that connection,
and in that case, we'll start re-initiate it after a few seconds).
If the connection is gone, it should be unrouted by FreeS/WAN.
