[Users] Please clarify the uniqueids option!

(This is the second time I've sent this out - is there a more specific
list I should be on besides users? development maybe?)

Hi, I am experiencing the following behavior with the "uniqueids=yes"
option:

- When I connect using RSA keys a roadwarrior with PGPnet to a FreeS/WAN
box (fixed IP), and then disconnect, and then re-connect I get multiple
redundant tunnels (uniqueids not working?), and the updown script does
_not_ get called.

- When I connect (same setup), disconnect, change IP, and then
re-connect - the uniqueids kicks in and replaces the old one and calls
the updown script (for both the down and the up!)

Is this the way its supposed to work? Is there a way to get the first
scenario to work properly??

Thank You,
Marc A. Kurtz
