Nothing looks incorrect in your logs, or your setup. I think your problem
may lie with rp_filter turned on or ip_forward turned off. (the
latter of which I see that Roman has already recommended)
Let's go the bombastic, yet simple route; please post the output of the
"ipsec barf" command. However, since you've got verbose logging turned on,
PLEASE make sure that the chunk of logs it takes doesn't turn this into a
~300k document. Edit the logs of the barf for size, if need be.
