I am a newbie, and have some questions regarding freeswan and MIPL Mobile IPv6:

a) I have patched linux kernel 2.4.18 with MIPL 0.9.2 and would like to try freeswan, but the installation requires patching kernel headers and ipsec files. Should I proceed further as I fear there may be conflicts etc ? Or should I patch the kernel with freeswan and then MIPL ?

b) Which version of freeswan works well with linux kernel 2.4.18 ?

c) Have MIPL Mobile Ipv6 and freeswan been tested together ? How is the performance, any issues like not able to ping etc ?
