Can someone who is looking after this list please:

1) Set the mailing list so only TEXT is possible to post (HTML/binaries to
it get bounced back to the sender) (stops viruses getting thru)
2) Make it so only registered people can post to the group (stop spam/mailer
daemon bounces gettting on the list and alike)

What do people "think" about this?
