First! I want to appreciate everyone's help at the mailing list. Great Job.

Now, back to my question:

I want to added a new "conn johndoe" in my ipsec.conf file. How can I
added this NEW connection without doing a complete restart of freeswan and
breaking my present connections. Is it possible?

I was just wondering how to add connections on the fly! without setting a
wildcard "conn wildcard" which will allow the remaining connection without
the rightcert variable declaration? i.e.

conn wildcard
        # Left security gateway, subnet behind it, next hop toward right.
        right=%any
        leftsubnet=192.168.200.0/24
        auto=add
