hi,all!

I had used the freeS/WAN to creat me VPN system.It is running best!
Then,I wrote a program in the VPN gate.the server program is running on VPN gate,the client is running on my pc. I can manage the VPN gate in my network.
That ,I can create tunnel delete tunnel.It was OK.
But,when I want to set ipsec restart but it can not work.In VPN gate,I saw the cue Ipsec is stopped not restart.I use:ipsec look,saw the VPN tunnel is not created.(In my program,I use:system("ipsec setup restart");)It seem ipsec only stopped,not start.
If I login as root run:ipsec setup restart . the VPN gate is OK!the tunnel is OK.
Why I logined run:ipsec setup restart is OK
but use:system("ipsec setup restart"); is not OK?
but I use :system();in another ,is was OK?
