Win2K doesn't seem to send *anything*. Output of:

   tcpdump -n -N -i eth0 host 212.112.174.188 and not port 138 and not
port 137

yields nothing. I'll try to do something about that. But it still leaves
the question of why traffic doesn't go through IPSec on the linux side.
