-lgmp means include the gmp library (libgmp).

You'll need to find a strongarm port.

Or, you can go http://www.buserror.org/~ebrown/sshf2001/download/ and get
freeswan already built for iPAQ. It's an older version, but they have
seperate libgmp binaries, so you could probably compile 1.97 or 1.98b
without too much work.
