If you're on the latest RH kernel (2.4.18-5), you can get these here:

http://www.freeswan.ca/code/freeswan-x509/RedHat-RPMs/7.3/

Thanks to Sam for contributing these to me. I've currently only got RPMs
for RH 7.3 2.4.18-5 - hopefully more combinations can be made in the near
future, since I know people do want these.

These are lightly tested on my systems... so please let me know if they
work for you too.
