Thanx for the answer,

in the last 2 hours I tried to find out if something of your suggestions
    would match, but everything shows fine. Every packet of port 445 is
forwarded between roadwarrior and the win2k-server (means from internet
to intranet and back). Ports 137-139 are not shown in tcpdump and
firewall. Still "net use" will not work, "ping" does.
