[Users] how to use manual keying.............

hi all,

i am using fresswan-1.95 with aes in auto keying mode,
its working fine. Now for some testing perpose i wants
to use manual keying but i am not able to use it.

So please tell me what adition entries required in
ipsec.conf and what is the procedure for for using
this.
