[Users] FreeSwan 1.98 on RedHat 7.3

Hi,

There are two RPMs for RedHat 7.3 on FreeSwan download site, such as
freeswan-1.98b_2.4.18_5-0.i386.rpm, and
freeswan-module-1.98b_2.4.18_5-0.i386.rpm. I believe I have to install both
of them. But which one to install first or does not matter?

Using pre-define secret, will this Freeswan 1.98 work with FreeSwan 1.5?
