[Users] x509 and dhcp

I have been trying to get the dhcprelay facility working. It is the one that is
advertised on www.strongsec.com freeswan site. I now have it working
(mostly) except that I need to tell my vpn gw, the freeswan box to
advertise that it is the box responsible for the new virtual ip on the
network. The network is principally W2K, with a dhcp server of that stripe.
I am using SSH Sentinel 1.3.2 for the road warrior machine. I still seem to
need both conn sections as defined in the DHCP relay HOWTO. Once I
make the connection, I need to ensure that the freeswan box, which is
acting as the default gw for the network publishes itself on the ARP with
the following command:

arp -vs 10.200.101.56 xx:xx:xx:xx:xx pub

where the x's refer to the hardware address of the freeswan box's eth0.
Once I do that, everything else seems to be fine. It would be nice to have
non-manual solution to this little problem. Anyone have any suggestions?
John
