Think you have enough NAT between you and your Roadwarrior? You can't
just ignore that. How do you intend for the RW to connect to the FreeS/WAN
box? Some sort of Port Forwarding?

You have defined "auto=start" instead of "auto=add" defined in your
Roadwarrior connection, which is causing a great number of your
complaints.
