Is possible to connect with notebook via inet to a private LAN and to
have a private ip address on a notebook?
like this:
LAN--GW--INET--NB
LAN - 192.168.0.0/24
GW int - 192.168.0.1/24
GW out - 1.2.3.4
NB - 5.6.7.8
NB virt IP address - 192.168.0.2/24
to have a virtual ip address on the notebook, from LAN pool. For example
to have a 192.168.0.2 IP address on the notebook.
I would like to be a member of a LAN network with my notebook
communicating via the internet. Is it possible with freeswan? Or is need
a combination with gre tunnel? Where can I get info about this
configuration?
Now i only have a situation that my notebook have a public (5.6.7.8) ip
address and all requests (packets) from the notebook to LAN have a
source ip address 5.6.7.8. It is not acceptable for me, I would like to
have a source ip address 192.168.0.2 from my notebook.
Thank You.
