2.00pre# snapshots changed the ipsec.conf config file. Refer to
/usr/local/share/doc/freeswan/ipsec.conf-sample for a new sample.
Also, read CHANGES - you'll see that OE is enabled by default (The OEself
connection). To disable it, add to your config:
conn OEself
auto=ignore
2.00pre# are prereleases, and as such the documentation is still
undergoing changes to "catch up" with all of the changes.
