Sorry for another announcement so soon, but NAT-T 0.4 came out, and two
new patches came in immediatly after I released _kb7, so I figured another
release was warranted.
Changes:
* NAT-T 0.4
* Fixes for the NULL cipher to interop with WIN2K and *BSD's KAME
* Addition of MODP768bit - insecure, but conforms to RFC 2409
As usual, it's lightly tested, however based on the lack of negative
feedback I've received, it should be stable for most folks.
Please remember to read the README.* files included, as they explain how
to use the additional functionality (ie: X.509, ALG and NAT-T)

Note: This will *NOT* compile on RedHat Linux 8.0. Starting with 8.0,
RedHat's switched up to GCC 3.2, which is far pickier about C code. It
also means anything based on 1.98b (or earlier) will not compile, and nor
will the 2.00pre# releases. The FreeS/WAN folks have fixed this in CVS,
however it's not been backported to the 1.9x releases at the moment, and I
don't know if they intend to do a 1.99 release (Which I'd prefer) or wait
until 2.00 hits the FTP site. I'm working on backporting bits of it
myself, however it's slow going, and I don't have a RHL 8.0 box to test on
at the moment. I intent that _kb9 will be a few weeks away, so I should
have it sorted out, but if anyone's got a 1.98b running on RHL 8.0, a
patch or list of changes needed would speed things up for me :)
