[Users] [Q]incomplete ISAKMP SA ?

Hi.

I've been trying freeswan and roadwarrior(win2000 and freeswan 1.98b+x.509patch).

I think I followed correctly this document but I can't make tunnel.
I attached the secure log and oaklog.txt file.
When I start ipsec in the win2000 clients, the following messages are add to secure log file in the linux.
"encrypted Informational Exchange message is invalid because it is for incomplete ISAKMP SA"
I guess It's about FAQ but I didn't found any different with that document.

Please, help me.
