Those RPMs are specific to your kernel version. Unless "uname -r" reports back
that you are running kernel version 2.4.9-34, you won't be able to use our
RPMs. Does 7.1 use 2.4.9-34 as the updated kernel version?

If you are in fact running 2.4.9-34, install both RPMs: freeswan and
freeswan-module at the same time, in this fashion:
rpm -ivh freeswan-1.98b_2.4.9_34-0.i386.rpm freeswan-module-1.98b_2.4.9_34-0.i386.rpm
