Yup. And they aren't playing games restricting it at the moment.

Realistically, as Mike said, they couldn't stop it, since it's already
started.

They tried to stop PGP years ago (hence the old Domestic + International
versions that appeared back in the 2.x days) and failed, and I suspect
they'd fail again. That doesn't mean that they wouldn't try, and it would
get ugly for awhile for anyone involved... but hopefully it doesn't come
to that.
