[Users] problem with win2k connection

Hello all.

    I have a vpn with win2k and freeswan and the connect is correct but
when i have changed the certificate the connection has fallen. I has
seen the log in win2k and i has the messages "Failed to Bind to
ISAKMP/Oakley port (500)". Anybody could help me?
