Thanks Ken,
   Why is this that i should have two WINS on both the
subnets.
Is it because for using WINS located on the other side
of the tunnel would use broadcast packets not possible
to pass through the tunnel. But when we sync the two
WINS servers there would be only unicast packets from
this WINS to the other WINS machine hence the packet
would go through the tunnel. Is my understanding
correct.

Is this a necessity ? Cant i contact a single WINS for
both the left and right subnets ?
