[Users] Auth from "client machine" before opening tunnel ?

Hi,

I hope this is not a FAQ :

My setup looks like this
                              IPSEC Tunnel
Windows Machine ---- GW 1 ============ GW 2 ----- Corporate net

The tunnel works fine, but my boss want the windows machine to ask for a
password of some kind before establishing the tunnel from GW 1 to GW 2
has someone alaready done this ?
