It works very reliably both with the built-in W2k/XP IPsec stack which
deletes the IPsec SA after about 6 minutes of inactivity and SSH
Sentinel which (at least in earlier releases) sometimes triggers
veritable ISAKMP and IPsec SA storms but which are cleaned up after
a certain time using DeleteSAs.
