Hello List,
I am using SSH Sentinel 1.4 (Build 77 Eval) on Win 2000 SP2 for some days.
During my tests I sometimes got the error:
"The diagnostics failed for an unknown reason"
Always in connection with Certificates from Accession. These errors were not
reproducable and a new start of Accession or the Policy Editor fixed the
problem.
Since today, the problem persists. Certs imported to Sentinel work, Certs from
Accession don't work. Now reproducable.
I tried the same certs as yesterday (when they worked), no luck.
I made a new install of all programs an deleted all old certs, still no luck.
The main problem is that I get no diagnostics at all. It simply refuses to
work. I am sure, there must be a bug in Sentinel or Accession, but yesterday
it worked.
I tried on another machine. Same problem.
There is only one difference: I installed an updated version of my smartcard
CSP. (I will ask my vendor)
Can somebody help? Would be much appreciated.
regards,
Reinhard
