[Users] using ipsec spi for ipv6 addresses

hi

i was trying to use ipsec spi for creating sad entriesfor ipv6 addresses
but only incoming entries are shown in /proc/net/sadb6 ,
what should i do for outgoing entries to be made into sadb6?
