Hi,
yes, we have not written a man page for spd6. But "ipsec spd6" should give you the first clue how to use the toos.
Another hint is also coded in the auto-script located in /usr/local/lib/ipsec/auto. At the bottom of the file we call the spd6 tool to install SPD rules according to the connection definition.
