I don't know what you mean by "Stub nodes". If you just want them like
end-stations, then yes, this simple to do with host to host style
connections, ie:
conn host1tohost2
authby=secret
auto=start
left=1.2.3.4
leftnexthop=1.2.3.1
right=2.3.5.6
rightnexthop=2.3.5.1
