This is your attempts to connect to your IPSec host. It isn't responding,
as it probably has the port firewalled off, not anticipating IPSec negotations
from strangers. :)
You've misplaced an IP; you are using 200.45.229.10 as your peer's IP in
your "lintolin" connection, but I believe you mean to set
left=200.45.229.110
